While some aspects may require attention, the hotel's prime location including views of the Brandenburg Gate, exceptional service, and storied past make it a compelling choice for travelers desiring a quintessential Berlin experience. Beds were very comfortable, we loved the steam shower and the breakfast options which were numerous and very tasty.

The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin is located in the heart of the city at Potsdamer Platz, neighboring Berlin’s largest inner city park “Tiergarten” and situated just a 7 minute walk to Brandenburg Gate.

A superb hotel. Staff were attentive to any request and offered great service. Everything was as you’d expect of an institution such as the Ritz Carlton from the greeting at the entrance to the service through the bar and restaurant. The front counter team were superb. Clean as a whistle, and fabulous location.

Superb location, Super friendly and helpful staff, rooms are super spacious as you would expect from an apartment/suite type room. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that.

Perfect location for all kinds of activities - Museumsinsel, Alexanderplatz, Hackische Höfe, Prenzlauer Berg, Humboltforum. Quiet spot at night. Price very reasonable. There's no breakfast, but some nice cafe's very close (most open at 10am though).

    Superb location like 1 minute walk from Berlin Central Station. It is also near to bus station and shops/boutique. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They also granted my request of putting me on the lower bunk bed as I am having a trouble climbing. Very good view from my room (7th floor) and very clean bathroom. I like how the receptionist handle my miscommunication with my roommates.

    The location was extremely convenient, right in front of Berlin Central Station. We stayed in a room that was accessible for people with disabilities, and the bathroom was spacious and easy to use. The shower area was divided into two sections with glass partitions, which can be adjusted, but the doors don’t close completely, so some water may splash outside.

    It was the third time to stay there. Whenever I stayed there, I luckily had nice roommates. Bed is really good/comfortable. Location is excellent - only 1 min from the station. Very clean. Staffs are (always) very friendly and helpful. You can always go to Berlin central station and either buy something there or eat there.
