The staff were very helpful and friendly (with the help of google translate as I don’t speak good Spanish). The room was good size and very quiet, even on a Saturday night. The breakfast was plentiful and good. WiFi good as well.

We stayed here on our second stay in Santiago. The hotel is beautiful and very charming. The shower was hot. The bed was comfortable. I am not sure about the location as we didn’t venture out much on our own. We did a tour to the wineries on the full day that we stayed here. The airport pick up and drop off was worth it.

It’s really beautiful and very well kept up. Very sedate and classy. I had a balcony room and it was just lovely, very spacious. The staff are really what make the place. I’m not sure I have ever stayed anywhere where the people are so kind and helpful and knowledgeable and just incredibly nice. It really made my stay special.
