Professional, helpful and can communicate in English without issue. Location was perfect. Restaurants, stores and night market are within minutes of walking. The river is within 1-minute walk. You can cross the bridge by walking and enjoy the view of the river and mountain. This is the hotel for those looking for comfort and good but not crowded atmosphere.

The breakfast was basic but quite tasty, especially the banana cake. The hotel provided free bicycles, and the reception staff were very friendly.
