Located in San Pedro, 1.4 km from downtown and located on the beautiful Boca del Rio Beachfront, Hotel Del Rio provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. The staff was very kind and there were a lot of personal touches that made the room much more comfortable.

Beautiful over the water bungalows with cutouts to see the fish underneath. The restaurant and bar were perfect and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel is in a gated community so it feels safe and is very quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay!

Central location, just a few steps from “downtown”. (No need for a golf cart, only if you want to go to Secret Beach) As soon as you stepped on the premises, it felt like a small slice of paradise. It is really well kept and clean. Also the apartments are huge and clean. They don’t have the modern/clean aesthetic but feel really homey. And let me tell you about the staff: They really care and help out with anything they can. They are super fast with replying and flexible. I was able to be put on to an earlier flight to the island and they re-organized a taxi and check in for me 1 hour early in the matter of minutes. I really enjoyed my stay. If you don’t want the typical resort life but more of a independent vibe, this is a great place to be.

The location was great - the hotel is on a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from two public beach access points. It is also walking distance to restaurants, fruit stands, and groceries. The suite was creatively decorated, and the cleanliness and comfort were exceptional. We cooked breakfast in the suite each day and then set out for adventures. The staff were welcoming and helped us arrange a golf cart (delivered to the hotel) at a great rate. The guests next door were very loud (despite being asked to be quiet), so Lucinda and Jose helped us move to a different room that was quieter. Both rooms we stayed in were impeccably decorated, comfortable and clean. The staff are truly wonderful and really helped to make our stay comfortable and fun. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to chat with her and learn her story. Terrace is wonderful to either chill on a hammock or sit in the sun. The restaurant food was amazing. The pool was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They filled up our water bottles when we left and provided us transport down the hill on a very hot day, which was very appreciated.

A great little peaceful oasis right by The Split! Beautiful entrance and a very cosy patio that is surrounded by the rooms. Great (breakfast)deck on top of the rooms, with the rooftop deck being the absolute best place to chill and read a book! Breakfast is made fresh every day, with great and tasty choices. Staff was incredibly sweet and very accomodating. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The perfect little escape I needed after some exhausting days of diving and snorkeling. Loved using the bikes to explore the island, the SUPs to do some paddling and the private dock for some swimming.

The pool is great, in a beautiful setting. The Reef Houses are not around the main pool, but a bit further and that’s what makes them the perfect place for a family. The staff is really nice, Gian at the front desk is amazing but all the others are very helpful as well. When our golfcart broke down, Alfonso, the taxi driver was there in less than a minute to take us. We looked at other resorts on the Island, but this seemed to be the best.
