Located in downtown Puerto Vallarta, this hotel is 150 metres from Los Muertos Beach and boardwalk. The hotel features Mexican-style architecture, an outdoor pool and air-conditioned rooms.

The neighborhood was accessible for walking to market restaurants and the beach . Hotel was very quiet and staff were kind and friendly. Good value for the price and location was excellent. We liked the communal kitchen on the 4 th floor.

Attractively located in the centre of Puerto Vallarta, Loft Hotel Malecón Vallarta features air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant.

Perfect location for those who want to be at the heart of the action. Right at the start of the Malecon boardwalk and close to all the tourist attractions. Steps from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Starbucks just next door for your morning coffee! The family suite was large and nicely laid out for privacy, with the master bedroom upstairs. The balcony looked out at the sea and the Malecon boardwalk. Our suite had 2 rooms each with a full ensuite bathroom. Beds were super comfy and each room had its own air conditioning and ceiling fans.

This spa hotel has an infinity pool with a jacuzzi. overlooking Banderas Bay. Situated in Puerto Vallarta’s exclusive Conchas Chinas district, it offers free transfers to its beach club.

The view from the rooftop is too good to be true! It's also spacious and its pool and hot tub are also great too. I cancelled my plans just to relax on rooftop all day. My room had a balcony but it's facing the street so I kept going to the rooftop whenever I had free time.

    Excellent restaurants, such as Happy Lobster, and Barracuda, which was a great beachside restaurant with the most amazing staff. Convenient markets, friendly people, great tattoo parlour (Endless Ink). I used Uber to get around, which was economical and reliable. Wandering along the beachfront was a treat.

    A lovely boardwalk with lots of interesting art, shops and restaurants. Very safe. Good to do day trips to the beaches only accessible by boat. Sea is quite rough and not many people were swimming. Nice vibe in the whole town and not as commercialised and modernised as some resorts, so still has some authenticity.

    Staying in Zona Romantica is a lovely area if you like night life. Make sure you walk to the Malecon as the historic town area is beautiful. If you're vegan/vegetarian, PV has so many lovely restaurants and you will have a great time eating at them all! I loved 100% Vegana Taqueria and Planeta Vegetariano and Elixir spot the most.

    The gay population is too much for us.

    The gay population is too much for us. It’s one thing for there to be one, but when they parade around in almost no clothes at all and revealing speedos, it’s too much. I have a teenage daughter and I don’t want her exposed to it. We won’t be returning.

    You should definitely use an UBER when getting around.

    You should definitely use an UBER when getting around. Look for the churro street vender on Peru street. They have been on that corner for four generations. ElDorado is a great restaurant. You should get a table on the beach and watch the sunset while eating great dinner. Or you can book a Vallarta Adventures sunset cruise on a sailboat.

    Lots to do and see. It's a busy place. Mar y Vino Restaurante was a neat experience but it was $$$$$$$. Really expensive. Restaurante Panorama was wonderful. Have the chateaubriand, it was perfect. $$$$ but worth it. Important tip - Mixologists in Puerto Vallarta are not the caliber of the ones in Cancun.

    The ocean front location was spectacular. We sat on our terrace and listened to the sound of the waves. We really enjoyed being on the ground floor and walking directly out to the pools. The condo was the perfect size for two people. The condo is very close to a grocery store and several great restaurants. Ubers were readily available and affordable. The bus stop is nearby. We went downtown and to the Romantic Zone several time. Great location for seeing Puerto Vallarta and beyond.

    First of all, this is suppose to be a 5 start hotels. There should be more food outside. How can you have one food truck for main dishes and only be truck just for appetizers. Listen, it was only one lady by herself, cutting the onions, cutting the tomatoes, and the vegetables without anyone helping her. This is totally unacceptable and disrespectful to guest and to the staff. Time to add someone to help with prep. I am completely shocked and disappointed

    This place is close to the airport. I personally walked from airport to the hotel. It is an ok place to stay for a night or two. But if you're travelling for a special occasion or holidays maybe you can find better options. It is not really close to attractions in the city. You'll need to catch a bus or Uber. The place is clean. staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

    The location is absolutely excellent. Just a few blocks on the beach. A few blocks from the basilica. And a few blocks is zona romantica. Plus the hotel is really clean. They treat you well and everything works perfectly. The breakfast is unbelievably good. You go to the rooftop patio and they serve you.
